What is a Will?
A WILL is a legal document in which you (the Testator) describe how you would like your estate handled and answer the question – who gets what and when? A will appoints someone you trust (Executor/Executrix) to manage your estate affairs, which include gathering up your assets, paying your final debts and making distributions of remaining assets to your beneficiaries pursuant to your will.
Why Do You Need a Will?
A will can be very important for yourself and your family. A will can protect your spouse, children, family and assets after you have passed on. Without a properly executed and legally binding document to determine how your hard-earned assets are distributed, your estate could cause family turmoil and result in unintended circumstances. Our experienced estate planning Attorneys make sure we take care of all of your concerns and there are no questions left unanswered.
